Welcome to Earthly Riches!
When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed.

Who We Are:
*Created in 2013, we are a mother/daughter team helping to create sustainable living for women and men in Nairobi, Kenya. Our work began primarily with two women, Maggie and Terrie, a mother/daughter team in Kenya. Through your support, these two women have been able to impact women and men in their community and across the country. Since August 2013, four other women and two men have joined Terrie and Maggie in this organization.
*All of the beads are handmade, either out of recycled paper or clay. They are "painted" using natural elements found near their home in Kenya - such as tree bark, sap, and flowers. Terrie and the team create each bead before putting them together to create the necklaces and bracelets. This makes each necklace and bracelet unique!
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.

How We Started:
*Jessica Fowler and Claudia Scott met Maggie in 2006 on their first mission trip to Kenya. They have continued to build a relationship with Maggie and her daughter, Terrie, over their eight trips back to Kenya.
*On Jessica's most recent trip, Maggie shared the story of how she and Terrie are using the necklaces as a way to reach women and men in their community. They are providing income for these women, a Christian workplace for them to share and grow, and a time of fellowship for all. It was evident that *Our hope is that, through your purchase, Maggie and Terrie will be able to expand their mission work in Kenya and continue to impact more men and women across the country.
Thank you for your support!
